This position is for our client, global law firm, located on a hybrid schedule in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have experience with full cycle recruitment process in attorney recruiting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and university recruiting events.
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and timelines.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions. (Previous experience with on campus recruiting is required).
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in experience required.
- 4+ years of experience in attorney recruiting
- Previous experience with on campus recruiting is required. (summer and 1st year associate programs)
